Privacy Policy
NapMath is a baby nap planning app published by Rory O’Logan. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information stored on your device
Your baby’s optional name, date of birth, wake and nap times, sleep preferences, daily plans, history, onboarding status, and notification settings are stored locally on your device. NapMath does not provide user accounts or maintain a cloud profile containing this history.
Schedule processing
When NapMath creates or refreshes a plan, it sends the information needed for that request to Firebase and OpenAI. This may include age in weeks, overnight-wake category, planning date and time zone, wake time, completed naps, bedtime preference, nap constraints, and app version. The baby’s name is not included. This information is used only to generate and operate the requested schedule and to diagnose service failures.
Analytics and reliability
NapMath uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand broad feature use, subscription conversion, retention, crashes, and non-fatal errors. Events are designed not to include a baby’s name, precise sleep timestamps, or a complete schedule. Firebase App Check uses device or app attestation to protect the scheduling service. NapMath does not use this information for cross-app advertising or tracking.
Subscriptions
Apple processes purchases and payment details. RevenueCat receives subscription status, product identifiers, transaction information, and an anonymous app-user identifier so NapMath can provide premium access, restore purchases, and understand subscription performance. NapMath does not receive your full payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
Local profile, schedule, history, settings, notification, and app-generated identifier data remains on the device until you delete it, remove the app, or use Settings → Delete Local Data. Deleting local data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Service providers retain operational data under their own policies and legal obligations.
Children
NapMath is intended for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. Information about a baby is entered and controlled by the adult using the app.
Your choices
You can decline notifications, edit or delete local information, stop using the service, and manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights concerning personal information processed by service providers.
