Terms of Use

Effective 17 July 2026

These terms govern your use of NapMath, published by Rory O’Logan. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Planning tool, not medical advice

NapMath provides general planning suggestions based on information you enter. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of sleep outcomes. Every baby is different. Use your judgment and seek advice from a qualified health professional if you have concerns about a child’s health, development, feeding, breathing, or sleep safety.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for deciding whether a suggestion is suitable. Do not use NapMath for emergencies or as a substitute for safe-sleep guidance from relevant health authorities.

Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, probe, automate abusive requests to, or attempt unauthorized access to NapMath or its supporting services.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NapMath is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or particular sleep outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
