Purchases
Open NapMath Settings and choose Restore purchases if premium access is missing. Use Manage subscription to view or cancel through the store where you purchased NapMath. Deleting local data or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Plan not refreshing
Check your internet connection and try again. NapMath keeps the last valid plan when possible. If the issue continues, send the app version and approximate time of the failure—without precise sleep times—to support.
Delete local data
In NapMath, open Settings → Privacy & Support → Delete Local Data. This clears the baby profile, nap history, settings, reminders, and local identifiers from that device.
